How do you help a Scottish-based baker of incredible tasting biscuits to drive sales across the UK with a cut-through integrated campaign?
We created the ‘Biscuitiers’ – an animated family of bakers, to communicate the passion and skill that goes into making every Border biscuit, and to strike a nostalgic chord with our target shopper of the Morph and Trumpton generation. We put them to work across TV, digital and shopper communications to boost listings, awareness and trial.
The Biscuitiers helped Border to outperform the sweet treat category and drive national distribution across the major multiple retailers, breaking into Tesco south of the border for the first time.
The campaign also helped Border to win Brand and Business Success of the Year at the Scotland Food & Drink Awards, and picked up silver at the Marketing Society Star Awards.
