What’s the optimum way to communicate an innovative new diabetes insurance proposition from Royal London to advisers?


Great thinking

We used diabetes condition insight to plan campaign propositions and tested creative concepts with advisers who help customers with chronic conditions. The research highlighted that, as with any ongoing illness, having ‘control’ is a key factor, so our creative development focused on helping people with diabetes to ‘get back in the driving seat’.


The results

The campaign resulted in a significant uplift in cover enquiries.
