How do you launch a new multi-benefit product to an adviser market who think they know everything about The Exeter already?
Advisers are well-versed and have their go-to providers for multi-benefit protection. While The Exeter had a reputation for expert quality and great adviser relationships, they also carried the baggage of being category, direct-quote specialists for clients with pre-existing health conditions or dangerous jobs. This meant they were often regarded as the last resort.
With the launch of the new multi-benefit product, we had an opportunity to position The Exeter as more relevant, available and affordable than ever. Showing advisers they can mix and match their policies through a new, easy-to-access portal.
