We’re on the hunt for a savvy and strategic Social & Content Manager to join our team and grow our social remit for our exciting and varied mix of clients, from pensions to pies, funerals to fashion. You’ll shape briefs with clients, write content strategies, manage social calendars and oversee the production and deployment of thumb-stopping assets.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Expertise & attitude

  • A creative thinker who’s fluent in social — from features and formats to platform trends
  • A proactive planner who can turn insights into sticky content that connects
  • A social native who understands how content behaves across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • A confident communicator, comfortable writing briefs, post copy and presenting ideas
  • A legal eagle, who’s adept at following compliance and can work in FCA- regulated sectors
  • A hands-on manager with experience producing social-first assets, including short-form video, carousels, reels and stories
  • A natural collaborator who knows how to bring creatives, editors, suppliers and clients together to make great content
  • A highly organised operator, comfortable managing calendars, approvals and production timelines
  • An outcome-focused mindset, able to define the metrics that matter and optimise for performance

Skills & experience

  • 3–5+ years working in social content, ideally within an agency environment
  • Proven experience planning and producing organic social content across major platforms
  • Financial Services sector experience will give you an advantage
  • Hands-on experience with social asset production — from scoping and storyboarding to shoot logistics and post-production
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or working with motion designers and editors
  • Strong writing and editing skills — from content calendars to community captions
  • Confident managing creators, content shoots, or asset delivery timelines
  • Understanding of paid social and how to collaborate with media teams to boost performance

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

  • Salary from £35K, depending on experience
  • Hybrid working: 3 office days per week and the rest remote, to let work work around you
  • Holiday rewards: extra annual leave for every year with us, plus half-day Fridays during the Edinburgh Festival
  • Great culture: agency bar, coffee shop, and a central Edinburgh HQ where dogs, friends and family are always welcome.
