Hours: Part time, 24 hours per week (Tuesday–Thursday, 8 hours per day)
Location: Edinburgh (in-office)
We’re looking for an organisational all-star who thrives on keeping things running smoothly. You’re the friendly face that keeps the wheels turning — whether that’s managing supplies, sorting out travel hiccups, or making sure the coffee machine is humming. You’ve got a knack for details, a love of process, and a calm head when things get busy.
You bring energy, initiative and a “can-do” attitude to everything you do. You take pride in creating a workspace that feels great to work in and reflects our creative spirit.
YOUR EXPERTISE & ATTITUDE
- A multitasking marvel who can juggle admin, facilities, and HR support without missing a beat.
- A stickler for organisation — tidy desks, tidy minds, tidy systems.
- A warm, confident communicator who makes everyone — from clients to couriers — feel welcome.
- A process pro who keeps the small things under control so the big things can shine.
- A proactive problem-solver who spots what needs doing and just gets it done.
- A true team player who understands that behind every brilliant creative agency is someone who keeps the gears turning.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Office Support
- Keep our space running like clockwork — from stationery and supplies to liaising with contractors and suppliers.
- Help manage facilities, recycling, utilities, and all the behind-the-scenes essentials.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, postage and logistics.
- Support IT troubleshooting with our external consultant.
Front of House
- Be the friendly first impression for visitors and clients.
- Manage meeting rooms, calls, and catering with professionalism and flair.
- Keep our agency bar and coffee setup stocked and spotless.
HR Support
- Provide admin support to our team when required.
- Maintain up-to-date HR and medical insurance systems.
- Help bring our culture to life through training days, events, and team activities.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Ideally 1+ year’s experience in an office, hospitality or admin role – bonus points if that’s in a creative or agency setting – but we value enthusiasm and initiative above all.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and happy to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude and great attention to detail
…Although we’re far more interested in the person than the CV – someone who doesn’t follow a strict job description and is excited by what we’re doing as a challenger agency.
We’re not looking for the finished article, just the right skills and attitude. We’ll help you grow and develop in areas you’re passionate about.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US
Salary: £15,500 per annum (pro rata, depending on experience)
We challenge ourselves to attract and grow great people, as well as great clients. So that means offering things like:
- Great professional development: a coaching programme and generous training budgets to support your career pathway.
- Great holidays: with an extra day’s holiday for every year you’re with us, and half-day Fridays during the Edinburgh Festival (all in the name of creative research, of course).
- Great benefits: private healthcare and perks through Vitality.
- Great flexibility: a blended working culture that helps work, work around you.
- Great fun: of course, we have an agency bar, but also a coffee shop, all in the heart of Edinburgh city centre. And visits from family, friends & dogs are positively encouraged.
