We’re on the hunt for a confident, creative and commercially minded Producer or Senior Producer to be the operational heartbeat of our creative studio, bringing brave ideas to life across campaigns, shoots, and everything in between.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Production leadership & creative excellence
- A proven creative producer who can turn ideas into execution across TV, film, radio, stills, print, installations and more
- A sharp eye for quality, compliance and detail — ensuring best practice and smooth delivery every time
- A confident collaborator who can align creatives and account teams internally, while managing external partners with ease
Operational excellence & effectiveness
- A calm, organised Traffic manager who thrives on pace and variety — balancing budgets, timings and resources like a pro. Including planning weekly creative workflow and daily request/changes.
- A process-driven thinker who ensures everything runs smoothly from briefing to approvals
- A commercially savvy negotiator who maximises budgets and protects profitability
Entrepreneurial drive & growth mindset
- A natural problem-solver who stays three steps ahead — spotting risks, opportunities and smarter ways of working
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in a growing agency and wants to grow with it
- A creative networker who builds and nurtures relationships with top production talent and partners
Ideally, you’ll have 4+ years’ agency experience in production or studio management — and the ambition to keep levelling up.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US
- Salary: £30–38K (depending on experience)
- Holiday rewards: 28 days per year (in addition to 6 public holidays across Christmas and Easter), plus an extra day for every year with us
