How do you confidently launch The Exeter’s new multi-benefit product to the protection adviser market?
The Tension
Advisers are proudly knowledgeable and convinced that they already know their go-to providers for multi-benefit protection policies. Whilst The Exeter had a reputation for expert quality and great adviser relationships, they also carried the baggage of being category specialists for clients with pre-existing health conditions or dangerous jobs, which required going direct for a detailed quote.
This meant they were often regarded as the last resort.
Our Point of View
With the launch of the new multi-benefit product, we had an opportunity to position The Exeter as more relevant, available and affordable than ever.
Showing that advisers can mix and match their policies through a new easy-to-access portal.
